Creamy Miso Shrimp Pasta in 4 Easy Steps

Creamy Miso Shrimp Pasta
- 2 oz pasta noodles
- 6 shrimp
- Handful of broccoli
Cashew Miso Cream Sauce
- 1/3 cup pasta water
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/3 cup cashews
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp onion powder
- Pinch of salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
1. In large pot, cook the pasta. Keep 1/3 cup of pasta water before draining. Set aside.
2. In a blender, put miso, cashew, garlic powder, onion powder, pinch of salt & pepper, sesame oil and pasta water then turn on to mix until blended smoothly.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, stir fry shrimp and broccoli.
4. Add pasta and cream mixture stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Enjoy!
