Baked sweet potato with spicy miso dip

Probably Baked Sweet Potato with Spicy Miso is a combination that you would've never thought of, but it's so satisfying! Spicy miso dipping sauce adds great umami flavor and it's a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess! 

Baked Sweet Potato with Spicy Miso

1 package of firm Tofu
1 zucchiniBunch of green onion
6 white mushrooms
1 carrot(Sauce)
1 cup honey
1/4 sriracha
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 lime juice
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlicPinch of pepper


A1. Cut the vegetable into bite size pieces.

2. Drain the water from tofu and wipe excess water.

 In a small pan, add honey, sriracha with medium heat and stir well then add soy sauce and lime juice. Stir that around making sure that it not burning then set aside.

 Stir fry all vegetables then set aside.

 Stir fry tofu until brown. Then add vegetables and pour sauce. Simmer 1 to 2 minutes.

 Ready to serve.
