* This item is only available for pickup at our Tokyo Central Gardena, Costa Mesa, Yorba Linda, West Covina and San Diego stores.
*This item is only available on Saturdays and Sundays for Yorba Linda location.
* Pick up window is from 11am to 8pm.
* You may reserve this item for pickup up to 14 days in advance.
* Earliest available order is from 4 days from today. For example, if your pickup date is January 5th, you need to order online until 11:59 pm on January 1st.
* Please do note that we may contact you regarding the pickup time during the busy season (especially the end of year).

* We accept cancellation for 6 days starting from your order date.
e.g.) If you placed an order on Tuesday 11/1, the last cancellable date is Sunday 11/6.
After this time window, we do NOT offer any cancellation or refund.
*Moreover, we do NOT offer any cancellation or refund if it is one day before the pickup date, even though it is within the 6 days period.
* Order detail modification (such as changing the pickup date etc.) is currently NOT available.
* In case of no show, there will be NO refund and the item will be disposed at the end of the day.
* Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. Refunds are NOT provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
