* This item is only available for pickup at our Tokyo Central Gardena, Costa Mesa, Yorba Linda, West Covina and San Diego stores.

* Pick up window is from 11am to 8pm.

* You may reserve this item for pickup up to 14 days in advance.

* Earliest available order is from 4 days from today. For example, if your pickup date is January 5th, you need to order online until 11:59 pm on January 1st.

* Please do note that we may contact you regarding the pickup time during the busy season (especially the end of year).

* We do not accommodate item modification requests such as substitutions, tray changes, food allergies, etc.

* Prices and ingredients are subject to change without prior notice. Please kindly understand that contents may change due to availability.

* Raw items must be consumed on the date of purchase.

<Cancel & Refund policy>

* We accept cancellation and a full refund for 6 days starting from your order date.
e.g.) If you placed an order on Tuesday 11/1, the last cancellable date is Sunday 11/6.

* After the 6 day time window, we do offer a refund excluding approximately 2.5% of the credit card process fee.

* However, we do NOT offer any cancellation or refund if it is one day before the pickup date, even though it is within the 6 days period.

* Order detail modification (such as changing the pickup date etc.) is currently NOT available. If you want to update your order, please contact

* In case of no show, there will be NO refund and the item will be disposed at the end of the day.

* Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or other similar circumstances. Refunds are NOT provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
