MARUYAMA LIGHTLY SALTED PICKLED PLUM “KIWAMI”

To enhance the flavor of fully ripened premium Nankobai plums, the salt content has been reduced to 5%. It is characterized by a refined sweetness.

This exquisite delicacy is fruity, low in salt, and easy for anyone to enjoy. It can be widely used as a tea snack or in various dishes.

JA KINAN “UME NO MI” DESSERT PLUM

This collaboration product with Choya, famous for plum wine, is made by processing the Nanko Ume plums from Kishu, which are specifically used for making plum wine, into a more easily consumable form. It is popular as an adult dessert with a subtle hint of alcohol aroma. It is also delicious when mixed with yogurt and eaten.

MATSUO NANKOBAI PLUM DRINK


This plum syrup is known for its luxurious fragrance and refined flavor.

The Nankobai plums undergo a meticulous process of washing and hand-removal of stems. They are then layered with sugar in a pickling barrel to create the base liquid for the syrup. After aging for an extended period, the syrup is diluted with water to allow for direct consumption.
