The Ehime Fair will be held in October 2023, and it's a great opportunity to discover unique products from Ehime prefecture located in Shikoku Island, Japan. The region is blessed with warm and sunny weather throughout the year, and its soil is rich in nutrients and well-drained, making it an ideal spot for growing citrus fruits like mandarin oranges. You can also see terraced fields covered with stone walls that stretch out on the slopes along the coastline.
