IGARASHI SEIMEN PLANT-BASED KITAKATA RAMEN (SOY SAUCE)
One of Japan’s three major ramen types, Kitakata ramen. Please enjoy the flat and twisted thick noodles, a characteristic of Kitakata ramen, in a refreshing soy sauce soup that highlights the umami of plant-based broth.

KANETA COD ROE & SALMON
This new textured flake is made by seasoning Japanese cod roe and salmon without coloring, combining them with olive oil to keep a natural flavors. It features the enjoyable texture of the popping sensation of cod roe. It is recommended for stir-fry ingredients and salads, among other dishes.

Simply microwave the bag and the fish will come out crispy and grilled. This fragrant grilled fish is made by marinating American ”Akauo” snapper in sake lees and miso. It is the ultimate grilled fish that does not produce smoke and no need use grill or frying pan.

SHOEIDOH TAMURA NO UME
The Ichinoseki region of Iwate Prefecture is known for its “Mochi Culture” and has a food culture that uses rice cakes and rice. “Tamura no Ume” emerged from this culture. It is made with our own sweet plum paste. We use locally produced mochi rice and domestically grown Aojiso.

松栄堂・献上 田むらの梅
梅餡を求肥で包み青紫蘇で巻いた和菓子。岩手県一関地方は「もち文化」の地で知られいる地区で餅・米を使った食文化があります、そんな中から生まれた「田むらの梅」自社製餡の梅餡、地元産餅米、国産青紫蘇を使っています。昭和3年宮内省より献上の栄を賜りました。
