Stuffed Wagyu Nappa Cabbage Roll
Ingredients
- 4 nappa cabbage leaves
- 2 wagyu slices
- 2 kale leaves
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup carrot (chopped)
- 4 mushrooms (chopped)
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- 5 cups water
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
1. Dip nappa cabbage leaves and kale (ripped off stem) into boiling water for a moment then remove excess water.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground pork, chopped onion, carrot, mushrooms, garlic, ginger, egg, bread crumbs, nutmeg, salt and pepper then mix well.
3. Place wagyu, kale and meat mixture on the nappa cabbage leaves then roll it up and wrap with strings.
4. In a large pot, boil the water and add chicken bouillon, place the stuffed nappa cabbage and add bay leaves then simmer for 30 minutes with small heat.
5. Ready to serve and enjoy!
