Join us at Tokyo Central locations in Gardena, PCH Torrance, Costa Mesa, West Covina, Yorba Linda, San Diego, and Cupertino from Thursday, January 22nd to Wednesday, February 18th.

ガーデナ、PCHトーランス、コスタメサ、ウェストコビナ、ヨーバリンダ、サンディエゴ、クパチーノの東京セントラル7店にて、東海フェアを 1/22 (木) 〜 2/18 (水) に開催します。

MARUYA NON-ADDITIVE HATCHO MISO
Made from only soybeans, salt, and water, this miso is traditionally aged in wooden barrels for more than two years. Its flavor is rich and full-bodied, packed with concentrated umami. The natural yeasts and lactic acid bacteria that thrive in the brewery create subtle layers of acidity, astringency, and bitterness, resulting in a complex, well-balanced taste.

This miso is additive-free and gluten-free, crafted with care using time-honored fermentation methods.

まるや・無添加八丁味噌

大豆と食塩、水のみを原料に昔ながらの木桶に仕込み、2年以上天然醸造。うま味が凝縮した濃厚なコクと蔵に住み着く酵母や乳酸菌などの菌類が醸し出すわずかな酸味や渋み、苦味など複雑で豊かな風味が特量です。

食品添加物不使用、グルテンフリーのお味噌です。

食塩を使わない名古屋の味噌煮込みめん。下茹でいらずで乾めんと具材を一緒に7分煮込むだけで、手軽に味噌煮込うどんが楽しめます。

味噌はまるや八丁味噌を使用し、かつお節粉末と煮干粉末で旨みと香りを抽出。コクのあるすっきりとしたみそつゆを味わえます。
