Join us at Tokyo Central locations in Gardena, PCH Torrance, Costa Mesa, West Covina, Yorba Linda, San Diego, and Cupertino from Thursday, May 15th to Wednesday, June 11th!

NAKATA FOODS HONZUKE UMEBOSHI 20%
Crafted from carefully chosen A-grade Kishu Nankou plums, these are traditional pickled plums known for their salty and sour flavors.

They are pickled solely in Akou salt and sun-dried during the summer ‘Doyo’ period, maintaining the same delightful blend of saltiness and sourness from bygone times.

紀州産南高梅の特選A級を使用。
選び抜かれた紀州南高梅を旨みを引き出す赤穂の塩だけでじっくり漬け込み、土用干しした昔ながらの塩辛くすっぱい梅干です。塩味と酸味は昔のままの白干梅です。


MARUSHO VINEGAR SUDACHI KELP PONZU SAUCE
The refreshing flavor of Sudachi citrus enhances the umami of the ingredients. We have seasoned it deliciously with plenty of fragrant sudachi, soy sauce, hon-mirin, kelp produced in Hokkaido, and plum.

This product is free from brewed vinegar, additives, and animal-derived ingredients.

丸正酢醸造元・すだち昆布ぽん酢
すだちの風味が食材のうまみを引き立てます。香り高いすだちをたっぷり使い、しょうゆ・本みりん・北海道産昆布・梅で美味しく調味しました。

醸造酢、添加物及び動物性原材料不使用。

ARUDY RAW WHITEBAIT ‘SHIRASU’
This is exceptionally fresh and plump raw whitebait caught near the coast. Defrost the pack under running water until it becomes transparent, then serve with soy sauce or ponzu

In addition to a rice bowl with raw whitebait and condiments such as ginger and perilla leaves, dishes like ‘Tamagotoji’ or ‘Kakiage’ are also recommended.

アルディ・生しらす
近海で獲れたプリプリ食感の鮮度抜群の生しらすです。パックのまま流水解凍すると透明になるので、醤油やポン酢でお召し上がり下さい。

生しらすに生姜や大葉などの薬味を添えた丼の他、卵とじやかき揚げもおすすめです。

JABARAIZE KITAYAMA JABARA CITRUS WATER
A citrus drink made with the rare citrus fruit ‘Jabara’. It contains 5% Jabara juice, concentrated Jabara peel extract, and is subtly sweetened with honey for a smooth sweetness.

The amount of flavonoid, Narirutin, contained in one bottle is equivalent to that of 35 Jabara fruits. With a refreshing sweetness, it is perfect as a beverage to accompany your meals!



じゃばらいず北山・じゃばらウォーター
希少柑橘「じゃばら」を使った柑橘系ドリンク。じゃばら果汁5%、じゃばら果皮濃縮エキスを配合、隠し味にはちみつ入り、まろやかな甘みです。

1本に含まれるナリルチン含有量はじゃばら果汁35個相当。スッキリとした甘さなので、お食事の際のお飲み物としてもピッタリ!

ONACHIGURO SOUHONPO KUROAME NACHIGURO / SMALL
Black candy is made by kneading over direct flame using high-quality black sugar. With dedication to each candy, the artisanal skills honed over a century have been passed down to the present day, now known as ‘Nachiguro’ when it comes to black syrup. Please enjoy the same smooth sweetness as in the old days.

No artificial coloring or flavoring used.
