FUKUYA KARUKAN MANJU This Karukan Manju features strained red bean paste and is prepared using traditional methods. "Karukan" is a classic confection that originated in Kagoshima during the Edo period, made from natural yam "Jinenjo" and rice flour. The delicately flavored azuki red bean paste is filled in a light karukan dough. 富久屋・かるかん饅頭 昔ながらの製法で作る漉し餡入りのかるかん饅頭です。 「軽羹(かるかん)」は、江戸時代に鹿児島で出来る天然の山芋を（自然薯）と米粉を材料に作られたと言われる伝統菓子です。上品な味わいの小豆のこしあんをかるかん生地で包みました。
SEIKA GANSO NANGOKU SHIROKUMA FROZEN DESSERT In Kagoshima, the "Shirokuma" ice dessert has become a cherished summer tradition. This delightful treat features shaved ice generously topped with condensed milk, mandarin oranges, azuki beans, and pineapple. The extra drizzle of condensed milk adds an indulgent richness and enhances the overall flavor, making it even more delicious. セイカ食品・元祖鹿児島南国白くま 鹿児島ではすっかり夏の風物詩となっている氷白くまは、沢山のフルーツにたっぷりの練乳をかけたかき氷アイスです。 練乳かき氷にみかん、小豆、パイン、練乳をトッピング。追い練乳で、さらに濃く美味しくなりました。
RYOMI TOSENKYO MENTSUYU NOODLE SOUP This versatile men-tsuyu features a delightfully sweet flavor with a robust broth made from an abundance of bonito flakes, Hokkaido kelp, and soy sauce sourced from a renowned company in Kagoshima Prefecture.
It pairs wonderfully with various noodles, particularly somen, and can also enhance a wide range of other dishes. NANAMI KUROZU SHIME SABA MARINATED BLUE MACKEREL Thick, fatty, extra-large cold mackerel caught off the coast of Tsushima in Nagasaki is gently marinated for a day in three-year-aged organic black vinegar sourced from Kagoshima Prefecture. The mild acidity of the vinegar harmonizes beautifully with the rich flesh of the fish, resulting in an exquisite dish.
薩摩海鮮茶屋 七海・黒酢〆サバ切身 長崎対馬沖で獲れた肉厚で脂質の高い特大寒鯖を、鹿児島県産三年熟成有機黒酢で一日じっくり漬け込んであります。 お酢のまろやかな酸味と魚の脂身が溶け合い、上品な味わいの逸品です。
