IZUTSU YATSUHASHI BAKED YATSUHASHI A traditional Kyoto specialty, Yatsuhashi is a crispy ”Nikki" cinnamon-flavored cracker with a delightful crunch and an aroma that spreads gently in your mouth. It’s said that this hard-baked Kyoto confection was shaped like a Koto (Japanese harp) and named “Yatsuhashi” after Yatsuhashi Kengyō, the founder of modern koto music known for the piece "Rokudan no Shirabe."
