NISHIYAMA SEIMEN NEKKYO RAMEN – SHOYU
This Vegan Sapporo style Shoyu ramen is coming with curly noodles with a strong texture and firmness, and served with a soy-sauce flavored broth that has a firm sweetness and a hint of burnt garlic. Halal-compliant product, free of animal-derived ingredients and alcohol.
TOKACHI SEIKA SHIRATAMA ZENZAI
The Zenzai red bean paste is made with azuki beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, and topped with a large Shiratama sticky rice balls. The larger size Shiratama rice balls are melt-in-your-mouth soft, and the combination with the mildly sweet red bean paste is perfect.
It comes in a cup for easy portability, and can be eaten directly by opening the lid.
WAKASAYA DORAYAKI DODORA
Dorayaki filled with generous amount of red bean paste made from Hokkaido azuki beans. The appearance of the dorayaki is impressive, with a 3cm-thick layer of tsubuan (sweet bean paste) sandwiched between the dorayaki pancakes. The combination of moderately sweet bean paste and the egg-rich dorayaki pancake are delicious in harmony.
NOJIMA KOHAKU DANGO – SHOYU
This Otaru local specialty rice dumpling has long been loved by the people in Hokkaido. The salty & sweet soy flavor sauce soaks into the dumplings, creating a unique flavor. Since it is vacuum-packed, can be stored at room temperature. Enjoy freshly made soft and chewy dumplings anytime!
DARUMA HOKKAIDO NATTO
This natto is made from very small grain soybeans produced in Hokkaido. The soybeans are cooked softly and fluffy to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. Includes Hokkaido Makombu Kelp seasoning sauce.
