Kimukatsu, the famous Japanese cutlet restaurant known for its “Millefeuille Pork Katsu”, is opening at Tokyo Central PCH Torrance!

Kimukatsu was founded in Ebisu, Tokyo, as a specialty tonkatsu restaurant.

Its signature “MilleFeuille Katsu” was created to bring new value to Japan’s traditional tonkatsu. Using an original method of layering about 25 thin slices of pork, it achieves a crisp, aromatic exterior and an exceptionally tender, juicy texture inside. By cutting through the meat fibers, the fat and flavor are evenly distributed, making it lighter and easier to enjoy. It also tastes delicious even when cooled, making it perfect for takeout.

In addition to the classic plain flavor, Kimukatsu offers a variety of options such as cheese and garlic, along with pork loin and tenderloin tonkatsu, chicken katsu, and seafood fries.
