Kimukatsu, the famous Japanese cutlet restaurant known for its “Millefeuille Pork Katsu”, is opening at Tokyo Central PCH Torrance!

Kimukatsu was founded in Ebisu, Tokyo, as a specialty tonkatsu restaurant.

Its signature “MilleFeuille Katsu” was created to bring new value to Japan’s traditional tonkatsu. Using an original method of layering about 25 thin slices of pork, it achieves a crisp, aromatic exterior and an exceptionally tender, juicy texture inside.
