We ship to 48 states in the U.S. (excluding AK and HI)

We offer standard shipping for all orders. The courier service (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.) will be selected from available options during the payment process.

The states we ship to are divided into West, Middle, and East regions:

  • West States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
  • Middle States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin
  • East States: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia

We offer free standard shipping for orders over the following thresholds:

  • West states: Free shipping for orders over $59. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of $15.
  • Middle/East states: Free shipping for orders over $69. Orders below this threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of $25.

The estimated delivery time for orders is 3-8 business days from the date of order placement, depending on your location. Shipping from the West coast:

  • West/Middle states: 3-5 business days
  • East states: 5-8 business days

To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@tokyocentral.com with your order number. Please note that once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, and all items purchased are final and non-returnable. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 days from placement.

Modifying the order is currently not available.

All items purchased through tokyocentral.com are final and non-returnable, because the food and drink products we curate are perishable and sometimes have short shelf lives. To be eligible for return, the item must be defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. We also refrain from any return requests past this 7-day window due to the perishable and limited shelf life of the products.

To start a return, contact us at contact@tokyocentral.com. Please provide the order number, item details, reason for return, and proof to expedite the process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not provide refunds or partial refunds for purchases made prior to a promotional period. Once a purchase is completed, the transaction is considered final regardless of any subsequent promotional offers or price adjustments.

There is currently no minimum order requirement.

The maximum order amount is $300.

We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your order with ease.

If your package is returned to us by the carrier, please contact our customer service team at contact@tokyocentral.com. Even if you provided the correct address, please understand that a redelivery fee will still be charged if you wish to have your order resent. This fee applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping, as redelivery incurs additional shipping costs.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your package will be returned to Tokyo Central. Please contact us at contact@tokyocentral.com if this happens. Additional shipping fees may apply, and a redelivery fee will be charged if you wish to have your order resent. This fee applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping, as redelivery incurs additional shipping costs on our end. To avoid this, ensure that the address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.
