We ship to 48 states in the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
We offer standard shipping. The courier (USPS, UPS, etc.) will be selected at checkout.
The states we ship to are divided into West, Middle, and East regions:
- West States: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
- Middle States: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin
- East States: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia
Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over the following thresholds:

West: Free over $59; $15 flat fee under $59

Middle: Free over $79; $25 flat fee under $79
- East: Free over $79; $30 flat fee under $79
The estimated delivery time varies depending on your location. Orders ship from the West Coast:

You may cancel before shipment by contacting contact@tokyocentral.com with your order number. Once shipped, orders are final and non-cancellable.
Modifications are currently not available.
All sales are final and non-returnable unless:
1. You received the wrong item
2. Your item is defective or damaged
To start a return, contact contact@tokyocentral.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:
1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. At least 2 photos of the product and outer box
If eligible, we’ll send a return label. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

We provide tracking information once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your order with ease.
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you haven't received it:
1. Check surrounding areas (mailbox, porch, building lobby, neighbors).
2. Wait 24 hours in case the package arrives late.
3. Contact the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS) to file a missing package claim.
4. Email contact@tokyocentral.com with your order number and the carrier’s claim number within 7 days of the delivery date.
⚠️ We cannot offer refunds or replacements for missing package claims submitted more than 7 days after the carrier’s stated delivery date.
If returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or non-pickup, please contact us. A redelivery fee will apply—even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
Packages returned due to address errors will require additional shipping fees to be resent. Always double-check your address at checkout. Please contact us at contact@tokyocentral.com if this happens.
