Yes, however, we only accept cancellations for 6 days starting from your order date. Please note the following exceptions:

  • If it has been more than 6 days from your order date, we offer a refund excluding approximately 2.5% of the credit card processing fee.
  • Cancellations are not possible 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date, even if it is within the 6-day period. This is because we prepare the ingredients in advance.

No, we do not offer any cancellation or refund if it is one day before the pickup date, even if it is within the 6-day period.

In case of a no-show, there will be no refund, and the item will be disposed of at the end of the day.

Refunds and/or replacement food are only available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, or in similar circumstances. Refunds are not provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
