WHAT IS THE HAND ROLL FACTORY?

Freshly made hand rolls are served one by one just as customers finish eating at the sushi bar counter.

A sheet of Nori is delicately toasted just before being rolled, creating a delightful aroma and crispy texture.

Guests can indulge in the perfect pairing of Japanese Sake and Japanese beer with our Hand Rolls.
CAREFULLY SELECTED INGREDIENTS

RICE
Use Hitomebore Rice from Japan. Hitomebore has an excellent total balance of stickiness, sweetness, luster, umami, and aroma that perfectly fits to make the best sushi rice.

VINEGAR
Our special vinegar is made from Japanese Rishiri kelp stock, two kinds of red vinegar, and rice vinegar.

NORI SEAWEED
Made in Ariake, one of Japan’s most famous seaweed growing areas. A sheet of Nori is quickly seared before serving, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of freshly toasted Nori.

TUNA
We use fresh bluefin tuna only. Bluefin tuna with red flesh and strong flavor is a top-class sushi ingredient among the tuna species.

SOY SAUCE
Our special blended soy sauce enhances the aroma and flavor of the sushi ingredients.

WASABI
We use Japanese domestic wasabi. The wasabi is grated at an ultra-low temperature of minus 196 degrees Celsius, allowing you to enjoy the aroma and spiciness of freshly grated wasabi.
