Izutsu Yatsuhashi

IZUTSU YATSUHASHI BAKED YATSUHASHI
A traditional Kyoto specialty, Yatsuhashi is a crispy ”Nikki” cinnamon-flavored cracker with a delightful crunch and an aroma that spreads gently in your mouth. It’s said that this hard-baked Kyoto confection was shaped like a Koto (Japanese harp) and named “Yatsuhashi” after Yatsuhashi Kengyō, the founder of modern koto music known for the piece “Rokudan no Shirabe.”

While it pairs beautifully with green tea, it also goes surprisingly well with coffee or ice cream.

井筒八ッ橋本舗・八ッ橋
京名物の香ばしいニッキの堅焼き煎餅で、歯ざわり良く口の中でパリッと、ニッキの香りが広がります。「六段の調べ」などで知られる、箏曲の祖・八橋検校が教え伝えたと言われる、京の堅焼き煎餅を琴の形に仕上げ彼の名前を取って”八ツ橋”と命名されました。

This filling is made from carefully chosen white beans, cooked and kneaded to perfection. The golden-brown outer skin is made from Kyushu wheat flour, giving it a unique aroma and flavor, and each piece is carefully baked by skilled artisans.

吉野堂・銘菓 ひよ子
ひよ子は福岡・九州を代表する可愛らしいお菓子で、なめらかな黄味餡がたっぷり入っています。見た目は心を和ませ、やさしい甘さが特徴です。黄味餡は厳選したインゲン豆で作られ、香ばしい皮は九州産小麦粉で作られて熟練の職人がじっくり焼き上げます。

TAKAHASHI SHOTEN YUZU KOSHO
It is the original all-purpose spice paste that inspired the liquid seasoning “Yuzusco.” Made with only green yuzu peel from Kyushu, spicy green chili peppers, and salt, this carefully blended paste features a smooth, fine texture that makes it easy to use.

The refreshing aroma of yuzu and the sharp heat of green chili peppers enhance a wide variety of dishes, including hot pots, oden, gyoza, and even spaghetti.
No preservatives or artificial coloring added.

高橋商店・九州名産 ゆずこしょう
液体調味料「ゆずすこ」の元となった万能香辛料です。九州産の青柚子皮、辛味の強い青唐辛子、食塩だけを使用。丁寧に練り上げ、粒子が細かい使いやすいペーストに仕上げました。

The wild catch Saba mackerel from the ocean currents of Karatsu, Saga Prefecture, has a light and fresh taste with low fat. Using the old “Isshio” drying method, the natural flavors of the mackerel are enhanced. It’s easy to cook—just grill it, and you can also use it for mixed rice or fried dishes.

Made from only soybeans, salt, and water, this miso is traditionally aged in wooden barrels for more than two years. Its flavor is rich and full-bodied, packed with concentrated umami. The natural yeasts and lactic acid bacteria that thrive in the brewery create subtle layers of acidity, astringency, and bitterness, resulting in a complex, well-balanced taste.

This miso is additive-free and gluten-free, crafted with care using time-honored fermentation methods.

Abezen Magokoro Oden Set
This convenient Kamaboko (fish cake) set comes with a flavorful soup base, letting you easily enjoy Japan’s traditional winter dish, Oden, right at home. The soup includes oyster extract from Shiogama Bay in Miyagi Prefecture — light yet rich in umami, pairing perfectly with the fried fish cakes.

For an even more satisfying meal, try adding your favorite ingredients such as daikon radish or boiled eggs.

阿部善商店・まごころおでん

日本の伝統料理であるおでんをご自宅で手軽に楽しめるスープ付きのかまぼこセットです。宮城県塩釜湾の名産の牡蠣エキス入りスープはさっぱりとした中にもコクがあり、揚げ蒲鉾との相性も抜群。

玉谷製麺所・サクラパスタ
可愛らしい桜の形に、国産の真っ赤なイタリア野菜「ビーツ」を使用し美しい桜色に仕上げたパスタです。茹でた後もほんのり桜色が残るので、サラダやスープのトッピングにすると美しい彩りに仕上がります。

A smooth, “koshi”-style white miso with a clean, delicate umami and gentle sweetness. The soybean skins are removed before steaming, yielding a naturally pale color without added dyes.

Recommended for dishes —such as Saikyo-style marinated fish and Kansai-style Ozoni (New Year’s soup with Mochi).

八木澤商店・蔵出し気仙味噌 カップ / 白 
さっぱりとした旨みと甘味のあるこしタイプの白味噌です。メラニンが含まれている大豆の皮をとってから蒸し、着色料をつかわない自然の色合いの味噌に仕上げました。

西京漬けや関西風お雑煮など、素材の色の仕上がりを美しくみせたいときにおすすめです。

Hatakenaka Luxury Green Tea Soba
To highlight the aroma of buckwheat and the fragrance of matcha, this cha soba is made with buckwheat flour milled in Togakushi, Nagano, and “Tenryu Matcha” grown upstream along the Tenryu River in Shizuoka, crafted with the pure snowmelt of the Zao mountain range.

It’s a carefully made cha soba that lets you enjoy not only rich flavor but also a beautiful green hue.

そばの風味と抹茶の香りを味わって頂く為、長野県戸隠で挽いたそば粉と静岡県天竜川上流で栽培された「天竜抹茶」を使用し、蔵王山麓の清浄な雪解水で創り上げました。

風味だけでなく彩りもお楽しみいただけるこだわりの茶そばです。
